Laser Cutting

With one of the most powerful Mitsubishi lasers available, the NX 6,000 Watt CO2 laser, we are able to cut up to 1 inch mild steel, 1 inch stainless steel, and ½ inch aluminum. We use Radan Advanced Radprofile software to optimize parts nesting and laser cutting. The Radan True Shape Nesting Software analyzes the true shape, material type and thickness of all components to produce nests that fully optimize material utilization. Radan then intelligently applies the profile tool paths at the nesting stage to maintain the quality and integrity of your parts, while optimizing the cutting sequence to reduce run times. With Radan we can produce more components from less material in less time, delivering substantial savings in material and production times.

Precision Forming

Our state of the art Dener Diamond Elite XL 200 ton press brake and 6 axis back gauge paired with our highly trained and meticulous operators ensure that every part we produce is absolutely perfect. The forming process is optimized by Radan’s Radbend software. This technology ensures that the part is correct the first time with no errors, which allows us to cost effectively produce parts, which saves everybody time and money.

Machining

We have a HAAS VF-3 Super Speed 40” x 20” x 25” Vertical Machining Center capable of accurately and timely producing parts. We also have a Hydmech band saw for all of your tubing, stock, and flat bar needs.

Welding

We are capable of MIG and TIG welding mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Our welders specialize in custom fabrication, production welding, and multipass welding on anything you need. Certifications in CW1, D1.1, D1.5

Quality Control

We know that our customers expect excellence. Because of that, we have the Creaform MetraSCAN 750 portable scanning system with accuracy up to 0.003 mm (0.0012 in) paired with Polyworks to generate reports verifying it meets your tolerances and our own quality standards in-house.

Delivery

We have the ability to ship parts through UPS, LTL, or trucking company. We also offer local delivery and customer pickup.
